The present application relates to the technical field of microfluidics. Disclosed are a microfluidics-based microbubble generation chip and a preparation method and application for the microbubble generation chip. The microfluidics-based microbubble generation chip comprises a substrate and a microfluidic channel layer provided opposite to the substrate; the microfluidic channel layer is provided with a microfluidic channel; a microporous structure layer is provided between the substrate and the microfluidic channel layer, and the microporous structure layer is provided with a plurality of micropores; the microporous structure layer and the substrate are seamlessly integrated; the microfluidic channel layer is bonded with the microporous structure layer, and the microfluidic channel corresponds to the positions of the plurality of micropores. The microbubble generation chip in the present application is simple in structure, and a large number of hemispherical microbubbles are formed without affecting the physical and chemical properties of a liquid in the microfluidic channel; the microbubble generation chip is broadened in the application, can be applied to enrichment or screening of same or different particles, and can also be applied to study the mechanism of multi-microporous sonoluminescence.
