Provided are a preparation method and application of a conductive polymer/carbon nanotube composite nanofiltration membrane. The conductive polymer/carbon nanotube composite nanofiltration membrane is composed of a conductive polymer and carbon nanotubes, and is obtained by crosslinking in an acid solution of glutaraldehyde. The composite nanofiltration membrane has excellent electrical conductivity and electrochemical stability, and, by means of coupling with electricity and enhancing the electric charge density on the membrane surface, can improve the ion separation performance of the membrane while maintaining high permeability, enhancing the removal of small-molecule organic substances by the nanofiltration membrane.
