METHOD FOR CONSTRUCTING HIGH-EFFICIENCY BACILLUS SUBTILIS PROMOTERS

Provided are a method for artificially constructing Bacillus subtilis promoters and constructed gene expression regulation elements. The method comprises: connecting natural promoters identified by different sigma subunits in series to obtain some double tandem and triple tandem promoters, optimizing the length of spacer sequences between core regions of the promoters on the basis of the tandem connection of the promoters to further improve the activity of the promoters, and finally designing different RBS of the promoters. The method can improve the compatibility between promoters and other gene expression regulation elements, and can also controllably regulate the expression of exogenous genes.
