A gas perfusion and recirculation system for laparoscopic surgery, comprising a pump, a gas injection apparatus, a first piercing device (7), a second piercing device (8), a filter (6), and a control module (9) for controlling the gas injection apparatus, the pump, and a pressure sensor, the first piercing device (7) comprising a gas intake channel (24) and a smoke discharge channel (23), the gas injection apparatus being in communication with the gas intake channel (24) by means of a gas intake pipeline (51), the pump being in communication with the smoke discharge channel (23) by means of a gas discharge pipeline (52), the filter (6) being arranged on the gas discharge pipeline (52), the pump being configured to inject the gas of the smoke discharge channel (23) into the gas injection apparatus, and the pressure sensor being in communication with the second piercing device (8) by means of a pressure measuring pipeline (53). Intra-abdominal air pressure is detected by means of the pressure sensor, and the gas injection apparatus can precisely control the gas entering the surgical cavity and maintain the stability of the pressure in the surgical cavity.
