A radial and axial combined sensor for a magnetic suspension bearing, comprising a rotor (1), displacement sensors (2) and a circular sensor mounting base (3). A boss portion (11) is provided on the rotor (1). A tail end of the boss portion (11) is a conical surface structure that contracts inward. The sensor mounting base (3) is coaxially sleeved in the circumferential direction of a conical surface in the boss portion (11). Four mounting holes (31) are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the sensor mounting base (3), and the mounting holes (31) are arranged along the radial direction of the rotor (1). Each mounting hole (31) is internally provided with one displacement sensor (2). The axial displacement sensor is omitted, and the structure is simple, which thus saves space, shortens the axial length of the rotor, and increases the natural frequency of the rotor.
