POWER AMPLIFIER FOR POWER COUPLING BY USING LANGE COUPLER

In designing a millimeter high-output power amplifier, provided is a power amplifier for power coupling by using a Lange coupler as a method to increase power efficiency and reduce the total chip consumption area. The power amplifier according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a plurality of first Lange couplers; and a plurality of amplifiers each having an input end connected to a second port of each first Lange coupler. Therefore, in designing a high-output power amplifier by means of power coupling using the Lange coupler, the power efficiency can be increased and the total chip consumption area can be reduced.
