Provided in the present application is a method for preparing an inverted QLD device, comprising a process for preparing an electron transport layer, the process for preparing an electron transport layer comprising: preparing an electron transport layer precursor solution; adjusting the surface tension and viscosity of the precursor solution to adapt to inkjet printing requirements; using an inkjet printing process to spray the adjusted precursor solution onto a cathode layer, and drying to form a film layer; and heat treating the film layer to form the electron transport layer.
