COLD-ROLLED STRIP STEEL SURFACE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD

A cold-rolled strip steel surface quality management system and method, relating to the technical field of cold-rolled strip steels. For the shortages of existing cold-rolled strip steel surface quality on-line detection systems, defect samples are established, a cold-rolled strip steel surface quality defect processing countermeasure table is established, cold-rolled strip steel surface quality detection and quality improvement are associated, and cold-rolled strip steel surface defects and the defect samples are paired to determine the strip steel surface quality grade of a cold-rolled strip steel surface defect, thereby guiding the improvement of a production technique and improving cold-rolled strip steel surface quality. Besides, abnormal samples are removed using an angular distance method to improve the labeling accuracy rate of the defect samples.
