A sewage treatment apparatus suitable for single-family domestic sewage treatment, configured to carry out integrated processing on domestic sewage discharged by a single family, and comprising an air lift device configured to lift domestic sewage; and comprising an external box body, the external box body being provided with a grid zone (11), an anaerobic anoxic zone (12), an aerobic zone (13), a sedimentation zone (14), a depth treatment zone (15), and a disinfection and sterilization zone (16) which are sequentially communicated. The grid zone (11) is communicated with a household septic tank by means of the air lift device; the aerobic zone (13) is communicated with the anaerobic anoxic zone (12) to allow part of mixed liquid to reflow to an anaerobic zone of the anaerobic anoxic zone (12); the sedimentation zone (14) is communicated with the anaerobic anoxic zone (12) to allow part of activated sludge to reflow to an anoxic zone of the anaerobic anoxic zone (12). The sewage treatment apparatus also comprises a separately-spaced apparatus zone, and the apparatus zone is merely provided with an air compressor configured to provide conveying pressure. The sewage treatment apparatus for single-family domestic sewage treatment can improve single-family domestic sewage treatment.
