A scaffold, of the present invention, is a scaffold comprising a nanostripe pattern which is produced in consideration of a highly organized nanostructure of a natural tendon ECM, the scaffold having excellent flexibility and mechanical strength so as to be applied for the regeneration of torn rotator cuff tissue, enabling the excellent regenerative capacity of the torn site, and enabling the sensitive controlling and improvement of the shape, adhesion, proliferation and differentiation of tendon cells.
