Disclosed are a foundation pit retaining structure system and a construction method therefor. The system comprises an underground diaphragm wall; a secant bored concrete pile located at one side of the underground diaphragm wall, wherein the depth of the secant bored concrete pile is greater than the depth of the underground diaphragm wall; and a compacted grouting layer located in a gap between the underground diaphragm wall and the secant bored concrete pile, wherein a second coping beam is arranged on the top of the secant bored concrete pile, two ends of the second coping beam are provided with a first reserved steel bar and a second reserved steel bar respectively, the second coping beam is anchored in the underground diaphragm wall by means of the first reserved steel bar, and the second coping beam is anchored, by means of the second reserved steel bar, to a pile foundation structure plate to be formed in a corresponding layer of the second coping beam. The present invention has the effects of a short construction period, low engineering cost, high reliability and good stability.
