A retaining wall structure of a self-sinking deep foundation pit comprises: a cylindrical retaining wall body (1), wherein a ground breaking structure (2) is formed at the bottom of the cylindrical retaining wall body (1), and the ground breaking structure (2) in combination with the weight of the cylindrical retaining wall body (1) breaks the ground downwards; and a resistance increasing device (4), provided on an outer side wall (3) of the cylindrical retaining wall body (1), and used to cooperate with a foundation (5) so as to adjust an upward resistance applied by the foundation (5) to the cylindrical retaining wall body (1). The ground breaking structure (2) is formed at the bottom of the cylindrical retaining wall body (1) so as to implement self-sinking without requiring a hammering operation, thereby simplifying a construction process, reducing construction noise, shortening a construction period, and reducing pollution to the surrounding environment. The resistance increasing device (4) is provided to adjust the upward resistance applied by the foundation (5) to the cylindrical retaining wall body (1) so as to control, according to different soil conditions, a sinking speed and/or verticality of the retaining wall structure of the self-sinking deep foundation pit.
