Pain relieving compound essential oil and a preparation method therefor. The pain relieving compound essential oil is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-97 parts of olive oil or other base oil, 1.5-35 parts of borneol, 1.0-30 parts of clove oil, and 0.5-20 parts of peppermint oil. The essential oil is suitable for eliminating pain of the neck, shoulder, waist and back, pain of joints of four limbs, pain of the stomach, abdomen and head, itchy pain of mosquito bites, and the like.
