The invention belongs to the technical field of new energy batteries and provides a battery pack cleaning system comprising a main machine frame, a battery-pack support frame, three-dimensional reciprocating and lifting servo members, an ultrasonic vibration plate member, a main filtration and circulation member, an overflow-filtration auxiliary tank member, and a liquid surface spraying member. The battery pack cleaning system also comprises a first impurity filtration system, a second impurity filtration system, a clear water cleaning system, and a drying system that are transversely arranged. A battery pack is finally transferred to and dried by the drying system. The invention has the advantage of providing a flexible mechanism with an adjustable reciprocation direction. The battery pack cleaning system controls, by means of a PLC program, the battery-pack support frame to perform three-dimensional reciprocation. A battery pack is drained and turned at different angles, such that residual water or aluminum scraps are removed in a timely manner from a cavity of the battery pack by means of turning and reciprocation. Two filtration systems are arranged at the battery pack cleaning system to ensure isolation and removal of aluminum scraps and impurities. The battery pack cleaning system has the characteristics of a simple mechanism, high reliability, and program controllability.
