A data saving and querying method, an apparatus, a computer system and a readable storage medium, wherein a blockchain database is used and the blockchain database is provided with multiple certification nodes, the method comprising the following steps: receiving a certification document, encrypting the certification document, and then saving the certification document (S1); receiving a query application and client authentication information, and outputting query rights according to the query application and client authentication information (S2); and receiving a query instruction, and outputting the certification document according to the query instruction (S3). The described method prevents the situation in which nodes outside of a blockchain database tamper with, counterfeit and forge a certification document so as to influence a comprehensive assessment result for a company, and prevents the situation in which a certain certification node in a blockchain database tampers with a certification document for which another certification node is responsible, thus improving the credibility of a comprehensive assessment result for a company; and the described method is adapted to the requirements of relevant parties for certification documents of customers so as to protect private data and eliminate the risk of leaking business secrets.
