Provided are: a tire tread vulcanized rubber composition which is highly robust in terms of anti-wear performance; a tire equipped with said vulcanized rubber composition; and a method for evaluating tire tread vulcanized rubber compositions. This vulcanized rubber composition is to be used in a tire tread. The rolling velocity V of a cylindrical rubber sample 2 is 2 when a regression equation is calculated which provides the wear amount Z of the rubber sample 2 in response to the rolling velocity V and the wear energy E when a wear test in which the rubber sample 2 is rolled while being pressed against a pseudo road surface 8 is performed multiple times by changing the rolling velocity V of the rubber sample 2 and the wear energy E acting on the rubber sample 2. In the range of 5-25 km/h, the first slope e of the wear amount Z relative to the wear energy E in the regression equation is 1.8 or less.
