The present invention provides a composition for increasing the success rate of hair transplantation, containing stem cell-derived exosomes as an active ingredient, and a method for increasing the success rate of hair transplantation by using same. When a composition, of the present invention, for increasing the success rate of hair transplantation, containing stem cell-derived exosomes as an active ingredient, is used during a hair transplantation process, redness of the scalp area where hair is transplanted does not appear or is reduced, and the phenomenon in which hair transplanted into the scalp falls off can be reduced. Therefore, the composition for increasing the success rate of hair transplantation, of the present invention, can increase the success rate of hair transplantation by reducing the phenomenon in which the hair transplanted into the scalp falls off while the scalp area where hair is transplanted exhibits redness.
