Provided are a biopsy needle and a puncture biopsy device. The biopsy needle comprises: an inner needle assembly (1) comprising a first insertion portion in inserted connection with a fixing member (4); an outer needle assembly (2) comprising a second insertion portion in inserted connection with the fixing member (4); and the fixing member (4) comprising a third insertion portion in inserted connection with the first insertion portion, and a fourth insertion portion in inserted connection with the second insertion portion. According to the biopsy needle and the puncture biopsy device, the biopsy needle is easy to mount and dismount, and the mounting and dismounting time is relatively short, thereby facilitating a reduction in the preparation time and the amount of preparation work before a surgical procedure, and thereby also improving the working efficiency of the surgery.
