A path optimization method for an unmanned aerial vehicle (1), comprising: obtaining a user set (2) and geographic positions thereof; dividing the user set (2) into K wireless multicast user groups (3); determining K initial hover positions corresponding to the K wireless multicast user groups (3) and determining the shortest initial flight path connecting the K initial hover positions; and optimizing the initial hover positions of the unmanned aerial vehicle (1) one by one to obtain K final hover positions corresponding to the K wireless multicast user groups (3) and a final flight path. Further provided are a path optimization device for the unmanned aerial vehicle and a computer-readable storage medium.
