The method comprises: detecting the teeth of a user by means of a tooth detection sensor to obtain a first set of data (201); determining health evaluation information of the teeth of the user according to the first set of data (202); pushing a tooth care strategy for the teeth of the user according to the health evaluation information (203). In this way, the first set of data of the teeth of the user can be more conveniently detected by means of the tooth detection sensor, and the health information of the teeth of the user can be determined by means of the first set of data. Therefore, a relatively reasonable tooth care strategy can be pushed for the user, thereby helping the user protect tooth health more conveniently, intelligently and personally.
