LIGHT SHEET MICROSCOPE FOR CORNEAL NERVE IMAGING

A light sheet microscope for corneal nerve imaging, which relates to the technical field of corneal nerve imaging. The light sheet microscope comprises a control device, an illumination light path (223, 233), and an image acquisition light path; the illumination light path (223, 233) emits light into the cornea of an eye to form a dynamic light sheet that form an angle of α with a horizontal level at the cornea of the eye; an image signal is emitted into the image acquisition light path at an angle of β with the horizontal level, and the image acquisition light path sends the image signal to the control device for imaging; an angle between the angle α and the angle β is 90 degrees, and the angle α is not equal to 90 degrees. A dynamic light sheet illumination microscope is used to obtain corneal nerve images, thus imaging speed is quicker, capture time is reduced, and damage to the eye that is caused by illuminating light being directly emitted to the fundus is avoided.
