The present invention relates to a method for blockchain-based digital asset backed securities (DABS) issuance and DABS trading, and an apparatus for performing the method. A method for blockchain-based issuance and trading of DABS for an asset can comprises the steps of: generating, by a DABS issuance and trading service provision node, each of a plurality of DABS for each of a plurality of assets through a DABS issuance for each of the plurality of assets in a blockchain network; selling, by the DABS issuance and trading service provision node, each of the plurality of DABS in the blockchain network through an exchange node; and trading, by the DABS issuance and trading service provision node, each of the plurality of DABS in the blockchain network through the exchange node.
