A magnetic liquid rotating and sealing apparatus applicable to a high rotational speed condition, comprising: a revolving shaft (1), a first left shaft sleeve pole piece (2-1), a first right shaft sleeve pole piece (3-1), a first left pole piece sleeve (4-1), a first middle filling pole piece (5-1), a first right pole piece sleeve (9-1), a first left pole piece (11-1), and a first right pole piece (12-1). By means of an axial magnetic liquid sealing component, the apparatus has a sealing function; under the high rotational speed condition, the pole piece structure of the apparatus can prevent the liquid membrane of a magnetic liquid from being broken due to a too large centrifugal force, and thus, the present invention effectively solves the problem that the pressure resistance capability of an existing magnetic liquid sealing structure is insufficient under a high rotational speed.
