The noise reduction method for an earphone comprises: when entering a noise reduction mode, collecting an ambient audio signal by means of a microphone, and detecting earphone state information of a smart Bluetooth earphone by means of a sensor; determining, according to the earphone state information, a sleep state of a user, and determining, according to the sleep state, a corresponding noise reduction strategy; and generating, on the basis of the noise reduction strategy and the ambient audio signal, a corresponding noise reduction audio signal, and playing the same.
