A method and system for providing an optimized carbon information disclosure solution, and a storage medium. The method employs an improved tree-seed algorithm, and can resolve the issue of coordination between carbon information disclosure, value addition, and risk and cost control for a corporation in an investor information-sharing scenario, and can assist a corporation in deciding degrees of carbon information disclosure with respect to different investors, thereby establishing a favorable carbon information disclosure mechanism. Compared with conventional tree-seed algorithms, the improved tree-seed algorithm introduces random individuals to mitigate the problems of premature convergence and local prematurity found in conventional tree-seed algorithms. Moreover, the invention employs a control algorithm to search for a trend factor, such that the probability of the algorithm selecting a random location is continuously and adaptively adjusted in an iterative process, thereby assisting the algorithm in skipping local optimization in a later stage of the iterative process, increasing population diversity, and improving the global search capability of the algorithm.
