A biological sound measurement device (1) has a measurement unit (3) for detecting a biological sound from a biological body while being in contact with the body surface S of the biological body, and is provided with a contact state determination unit (41) that, on the basis of a change in the sound pressure level of the sound detected by the measurement unit (3), determines whether or not the measurement unit (3) is in a state of being in contact with the body surface S.
