The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating tinnitus and, more particularly, to a pharmaceutical composition and a food composition for preventing or treating tinnitus, comprising a Vitis vinifera leaf extract as an active ingredient. The composition comprising a Vitis vinifera leaf extract as an active ingredient of the present invention is excellent in alleviating and improving tinnitus caused by noise and the like, and therefore is very useful as a composition for preventing or treating tinnitus.
