Provided are a glue filling type cable leading-in structure, a ship having the leading-in structure, and a glue filling sealing method. The leading-in structure comprises a partition plate body (1), into which a cable is to be led, a cable (2) and a cable cap (3), wherein the partition plate body (1) is provided with a partition plate through hole (11) for the penetration of the cable through same; the cable cap (3) is provided with a cable hole (31) coaxial to the partition plate through hole (11); a first raised ring (12) extends, around the periphery of the through hole, towards an outer side of the partition plate, the first raised ring and the cable cap are detachably connected to the outer side of the partition plate body, and a glue filling space (4) is formed between the cable cap and the partition plate body; and the cable cap is further provided with a plurality of glue filling function holes (33), and the glue filling function holes (33) are connected to the glue filling space. The leading-in structure is capable of effectively controlling the overflowing of a sealant and has good waterproof and sealing effects, such that the waste of raw materials is avoided, and the product defect ratio is also reduced.
