An augmented reality display method and apparatus, an electronic device, and a computer-readable storage medium. The method comprises: obtaining entity information in a collected real scene image (S101); for a three-dimensional model of a virtual article, extracting size information of the three-dimensional model (S102); determining display parameters of the three-dimensional model according to the entity information and the size information (S103); and displaying a three-dimensional model image of the virtual article in the real scene image on the basis of the display parameters (S104). The display parameters of the three-dimensional model of the virtual article are determined by means of an entity in the real scene image, so that a user can accurately find out an adaptation condition between the virtual article and a real scene, and more real experience is brought to the user, thereby increasing the purchase rate, and reducing the return rate; furthermore, human-computer interaction by means of gesture actions increases interestingness for online shopping of the user, and also enables the user to have immersive experience; the shopping mode is more flexible and accurate, and the conversion rate is increased.
