NOISE REDUCTION APPARATUS AND INTER-FLOOR NOISE BLOCKING BLOCK USING STEM OF PLANT, RED CLAY SOIL, AND SOUND-ABSORBING BLOCK

The present invention relates to an inter-floor noise blocking block installed in a place, where inter-floor noise or unnecessary sound pollution occurs, so as to block a sound leakage to the outside and attenuate and dissipate the sound. The sound has a weight, and thus the present invention uses heavy red clay soil to form a soil panel and uses stems of a plants to form a mat. Further, a sound-absorbing block (Korean Patent No. 10-5071539) having a sound absorption coefficient of 92% is stacked with the plant stem mat and the soil panel or the like so as to attenuate and dissipate sound. Also, an eco-friendly material is used, and thus discharge of toxic gas is minimized even when a fire occurs, and harmful waste is minimized even when discarded. Also, inexpensive and easy-to-obtain materials are used.
