ANTERIOR CHAMBER PERFUSATE FOR INTRAOCULAR SURGERY AND USE THEREOF

Disclosed are an anterior chamber perfusate for intraocular surgery and a use thereof; under the effect of balanced intraocular pressure, also containing a certain amount of L-alanyl-L-glutamine. Extracapsular cataract extraction, intraocular lens implantation, vitrectomy, and other intraocular operations require a relatively long time for liquid perfusion; a commonly used ophthalmic perfusate is a balanced saline solution, which lacks nutrients and antioxidant effectiveness, and has an impact on corneal endothelial cells that cannot be ignored. The anterior chamber perfusate for intraocular surgery provided by the present invention is used for intraoperative perfusion, has a protective effect against intraoperative mechanical injury of corneal endothelial cells and ischemia and hypoxia and provides nutrients, and can preventively reverse corneal endothelial cell apoptosis and denudation, protecting the corneal endothelial barrier function, achieving better surgical results.
