VIRTUAL REALITY-BASED CRAFT-BEER SACCHARIFICATION OPERATION SYSTEM AND METHOD

A virtual reality-based craft-beer saccharification operation system and a method. The system comprises a graphic workstation, a VR liquid crystal display, a VR head-mounted display, a gamepad apparatus, and a laser locator. The VR liquid crystal display is used to display a virtual three-dimensional panoramic craft-beer production workshop environment and to synchronously display a motion image and an action execution image of a virtual user model. The VR head-mounted display is used to immerse a user in the virtual three-dimensional panoramic craft-beer production workshop environment. The gamepad apparatus is used to allow the user to control motion and action execution of a virtual user in the virtual environment. The laser locator is used to locate and capture motion of the user. The operation system and the method clearly demonstrate operational instructions of an actual production procedure of a craft-beer saccharification process, helping students to understand features of the craft-beer saccharification process in a short time, allowing them to learn in a game-like manner, and thereby providing students with realistic experience similar to actual operations, and improving learning outcomes.
