A simple BIA body composition analyzer (100) as an in-vivo measurement system includes: a storage unit (110) that stores in-vivo information obtained by measurements having a first accuracy as a reference value; a low accuracy measurement unit (104) that obtains low accuracy in-vivo information by inputting, in a predetermined algorithm, measurement values obtained by measurements having a second accuracy that is lower than the first accuracy; a correction unit (112) that corrects the algorithm or the low accuracy in-vivo information on the basis of the reference value stored in the storage unit (110) and the degree of importance of the reference value; and an output unit (106) that outputs, as corrected in-vivo information, the low accuracy in-vivo information obtained by the low accuracy measurement unit (104) using the algorithm corrected by the correction unit (112), or the low accuracy in-vivo information obtained by the low accuracy measurement unit (104) and corrected by the correction unit (112).
