The present disclosure provides a body composition measurement device and a body composition estimation device with which it is possible to smoothly carry out a transition of a body composition value from a body composition value of an old body composition measurement device. A second body composition measurement device (20) comprises: an acquisition unit (26) for acquiring a first body composition value obtained by a first body composition measurement device (10) in the past; a measurement unit (22) for obtaining a second measurement value by measuring a host body; an estimation unit (23) for estimating a second body composition value from the second measurement value according to a second computation; a correction unit (27) for correcting the first body composition value and/or the second body composition value through a correction method that conforms to one or a plurality of parameters, in order to make the transition from the first body composition value to the second body composition value smoother; and an input unit (21) for receiving an input, made by a user, for designating the one or plurality of parameters.
