Disclosed is a method for determining the spatial distribution of organic pollutants adsorbed by soil organic matter. The method uses 13C labeled antibiotics and other organic pollutants for adsorption on soil organic matter, and then uses NanoSIMS technology to analyze the spatial distribution features of organic pollutants adsorbed by the soil organic matter. The described method may not only effectively overcome the difficulty of distinguishing carbon distribution in soil organic matter from carbon distribution in pollutants, but may also achieve the intuitive display of the two-dimensional spatial distribution features of organic matter, and may also determine three-dimensional spatial distribution.
