Provided is a welded assembly H-section steel which has a high degree of freedom in cross-section design of welded assembly H-section steel, has a high buckling resistance, and can exert a high vertical support force even with less steel material. The welded assembly H-section steel is made of steel with a yield strength of 325 N/mm2 or more, and a length in the longitudinal direction: L, web height: H, flange width: B, flange thickness: tf, web thickness: tw, α defined as L/(H-tf), β defined as B/(H-tf), γ defined as tf/B, and δ defined as tw/tf satisfy the following conditions (1) to (8).
