A battery module fixing structure (1) and a modular battery. The fixing structure (1) comprises: a bottom plate (11); supports (12), the number of the supports (12) being at least two, the supports (12) being parallel to each other and sequentially arranged on the bottom plate (11), and a module cavity for accommodating a battery module (2) being provided between two adjacent supports (12); pressing plates (13) each comprising a fixing portion (131), two first pressing portions (132), and two second pressing portions (133), the two first pressing portions (132) being respectively connected to two sides of the fixing portion (131), and the two second pressing portions (133) being respectively connected to the two first pressing portions (132); and locking members (14) each passing through the fixing portion (131) and being fixedly connected to the support (12). The pressing plates (13) position the battery module (2) in the up-down direction and the left-right direction. Compared with a simple structure of fixing with screws, the fixing structure (1) is more stable, and the battery module (2) will not shake, thereby eliminating potential safety hazards.
