The present disclosure addresses the problem of providing: an antigen-binding molecule of which the antigen-binding activity is changed depending on the concentration of a low-molecular-weight compound specific to a target tissue; a polynucleotide encoding said antigen-binding molecule; a vector containing said polynucleotide; a cell carrying said vector; a library containing a plurality of said antigen-binding molecules that are different from each other; a pharmaceutical composition containing said antigen-binding molecule; a method for screening said antigen-binding molecule; and a method for producing the same. The inventors have found methylthioadenosine (MTA) to be a low-molecular-weight compound specific to a tumor tissue, have created an antigen-binding domain of which the binding activity to an antigen is changed depending on the concentration of MTA or created an antigen-binding molecule containing the antigen-binding domain, have further created a library containing a plurality of antigen-binding domains that are different from each other or an antigen-binding molecule containing the antigen-binding domains, and have found that the problem can be solved by using the library. By using an antigen-binding molecule according to the present disclosure, various diseases (for example, cancer) caused by a target tissue (for example, a tumor tissue) can be treated in a target tissue-specific manner.
