Provided are a breathing monitoring device, system and method, and an intelligent eye mask. The breathing monitoring device (100) comprises: a sound collector (120) that is configured to sense the breathing sound of a user and convert same into an electrical signal; an apnea-related parameter collector (130) that is configured to collect apnea-related parameters, the apnea-related parameters comprising at least one among body movement pressure parameters and photoplethysmography signals related to blood oxygen parameters; a wake-up element (140) that is configured to wake up the user; and a microprocessor (150) that is configured to issue a first control signal for staring up the apnea-related parameter collector (130) when determined on the basis of the electrical signal provided by the sound collector (120) that the user is in a snoring state, and to issue a second control signal for staring up the wake-up element (140) when determined on the basis of the apnea-related parameters that the user is at a risk of experiencing apnea.
