TWO-IN-ONE PROCESSING SOLUTION FOR OIL REMOVAL FROM AND POLISHING OF ALUMINUM ALLOY, AND METHOD FOR OIL REMOVAL FROM AND POLISHING OF ALUMINUM ALLOY

Disclosed are a two-in-one processing solution for oil removal from and polishing of an aluminum alloy, and a method for oil removal from and polishing of an aluminum alloy. The two-in-one processing solution for oil removal from and polishing of an aluminum alloy comprises the following components: 1 to 20 g/L of ethanedioic acid, 1 to 5 g/L of hydrofluoric acid or a hydrofluoric acid salt, 0.001 to 0.01 g/L of a surfactant, and 0.05 to 0.15 g/L of an auxiliary agent. Use of the processing solution for treating an aluminum alloy comprises the following treatment steps: immersing an aluminum alloy section to be treated into the two-in-one processing solution for a duration from initial reaction till emergence of bubbles, and continuing immersion to allow reaction for 3 to 5 minutes to obtain an aluminum alloy section with a bright and clean surface. The present invention allows treatment of an aluminum alloy section in a way such that oil removal and polishing can be accomplished in a single step. In addition, the treated aluminum alloy section has improved corrosion resistance and contamination resistance, enhanced specular reflection characteristics, and increased weight. Moreover, the processing solution can be reused without the need for replacement.
