[Problem] To replace a light unit in water and supply power without electrical contact. [Solution] A composite wireless power feeding system comprising: a first wireless power feeding system having a first power feeding coil, a first power feeding circuit unit, a first power receiving coil, a first power receiving circuit unit, and a first battery; and a second wireless power feeding system having a second power feeding coil, a second power feeding circuit unit, a second power receiving coil, a second power receiving circuit unit, and an energy consuming circuit unit, wherein the first power receiving coil also serves as the second power feeding coil. The first battery is a power source that generates electromagnetic waves in the second power feeding coil. Switching between the power-feeding mode and the power-receiving mode is possible using a prescribed mode-switching means for which the second power feeding circuit unit and the first power receiving circuit unit are mounted on one circuit board. Using the mode switching means, when the power-feeding mode is enabled, energy is supplied to the energy consuming circuit unit, and when the power-receiving mode is enabled, the first battery is charged.
