A fully-automatic stitching and winding all-in-one machine, comprising a foil conveying mechanism (10), a guide pin conveying mechanism (20), a stitching mechanism (30), a winding mechanism (40), and an unloading mechanism (50). The stitching mechanism (30) only needs to move a mold assembly (32) to enable same to move in a first direction and to move molds on the mold assembly (32) in a second direction, and thus can complete stitching between a guide pin and a foil strip without changing the position of the foil strip, thereby omitting a foil drawing wheel, avoiding the error due to the change in tension of the foil drawing wheel during a transmission process, improving the hole location precision of a first stitching hole and a second stitching hole, and ensuring the stitching quality. The yield of the fully-automatic stitching and winding all-in-one machine is improved.
