Provided are a hybrid power high-speed rice seedling transplanter and directional control system (40) thereof; the hybrid high-speed rice seedling transplanter comprises a rice seedling transplanter main machine (10), at least one power system (30), a travel system (20), and a directional control system (40). The power system (30) is arranged in the rice seedling transplanter main machine (10), and drives the rice seedling transplanter main machine (10) to operate; the travel system (20) is arranged in the rice seedling transplanter main machine; the travel system (20) comprises at least four wheels (21) and three electric motors (22); the electric motors (22) are driven by the power system (30), and drive the rice seedling transplanter main machine (10) to travel; the directional control system (40) controls the wheels (21) of the travel system (20) to deflect and rotate in a differential speed manner, thus changing the direction of rotation of the travel system (20).
