A joint virtual simulation debugging system and method based on intelligent device manufacturing, relating to the technical field of intelligent manufacturing testing and capable of reducing abnormalities in on-site debugging and improving research and development quality as well as on-site debugging efficiency. The system comprises: a 3D modeling module, configured to complete 3D modeling of a designed smart device to form a 3D model; a simulation platform, for defining movement components, constraining movement types, and binding specific parameters sequentially for the 3D model, and driving the movement components by means of virtual I/O signals to complete process operations; and an upper computer, for achieving a signal connection with the simulation platform, and driving the movement components of the 3D model in the simulation platform to complete set process operations.
