HYBRIDOMA CELL LINE FOR SECRETING ANTI-RABIES VIRUS M PROTEIN MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY AND USE THEREOF

Provided is a hybridoma cell line 4A1 for secreting an anti-rabies virus M protein monoclonal antibody, wherein same was deposited on 01 April 2019 in the China Center for Type Culture Collection, Wuhan University, Wuhan, China, with the deposit number CCTCC NO: C201947. The monoclonal antibody prepared by the hybridoma cell line has identified a fine antigenic variant epitope capable of recognizing the RABV M protein. The monoclonal antibody is used for preparing a kit for detecting a rabies virus (RABV), and can detect RABV infections and identify and diagnose vaccines for the Flury virus strain and other RABV strains.
