The embodiments of the present application provide a tenant resource management method and device in a multi-tenant scenario. The tenant resource management method in a multi-tenant scenario provided in the embodiments of the present application comprises: a VNFM receives a tenant resource increase request sent by an NFVO, the tenant resource increase request comprising the number of resources requested to increase by a tenant; the VNFM determines, according to the number of resources requested to increase by the tenant and the number of idle resources in a resource pool, a resource to be allocated to the tenant; the VNFM sends a node allocation request to a Caas Mgr used by the tenant, the node allocation request comprising identification information concerning the resource to be allocated to the tenant; and the VNFM receives first feedback information sent by the Caas Mgr. The present application implements the function of management of multi-CaaS tenants in an MANO management system, achieving the isolation of applications of different tenants in a multi-tenant scenario.
