Disclosed are a water outlet mechanism and a refrigerator having the water outlet mechanism. The water outlet mechanism is provided with a supporting member (4) abutting against a seal ring (3), such that where it is ensured that a check valve (5) can be placed in a water nozzle inner cylinder (11), at least part of the space between the seal ring (3) and the check valve (5) can be filled with the supporting member (4), thereby increasing the area of a supporting surface for the seal ring (3), such that the seal ring (3) does not easily deviate from an assembly position thereof, thus solving water overflow caused by the seal ring (3) not being tightly sealed.
