The present invention relates to the technical field of intelligent electricity consumption, and disclosed is a method for constructing a test case library of non-intrusive terminal identification capabilities. The method comprises the following operation steps: step 1: basic research: selecting a region for establishing a database, collecting data in the region, collecting basic information about household electrical appliances and an operation condition of each electrical appliance, and recording same; step 2: case design: establishing a model for cases according to the basic information about household electrical appliances collected in step 1; and establishing a case library framework according to the operation conditions of the electrical appliances collected in step 1; and step 3: case library design: using a case recording method and a case storage method to complete the construction of a case library. Proposed by the present invention is a construction scheme for a residential electricity consumption scene, which expresses the electrical appliance operation scene as a single case and constructs a case library. The patent test case library of the present invention is applied to a non-intrusive terminal simulation detection platform, which is the maximum simulation of complex and changeable operation scenes of residential household electrical appliances.
