The production system comprises a steam generator (20), a squeezing and distilling unit (12), a juice extraction device, a cooling liquid box (3) and a waxberry juice collection barrel (1). The production method comprises: the selection, soaking, cleaning, squeezing, distilling and condensation of waxberries.
