The present invention relates to a method and system for providing a learner-personalized education service, and a non-transitory computer-readable recording medium for execution of the method. According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is a method for providing a personalized education service to a learner, the method comprising the steps of: determining a personalized learning goal on the basis of at least one learning goal provided by a learner; determining a goal relevance for at least one learning unit associated with at least one of the learning goal and the personalized learning goal; and recommending, to the learner, a learning solution associated with at least one learning unit having the target relevance higher than or equal to a predetermined level, wherein the step of determining the personalized learning goal comprises a step of determining the personalized learning goal further on the basis of the determined goal relevance.
